Primary Care Partnership Network
7 - 8 May 2025, Radisson Blu, Heathrow
Driving collaboration and innovation in primary care
Primary Care Partnership Network (PCPN) is the forum for key stakeholders from across the healthcare ecosystem to collaborate and define the way forward for primary care.
At the Primary Care Partnership Network event, we aim to unite 100-150 multidisciplinary leaders from across primary care to provide a 360-degree perspective on patient care and support in the community.
Working in silos is not an option for primary care leaders who want to build a proactive, customised, and place-based health and care system.
Our event offers a unique opportunity to foster collaboration and integration across all primary care pillars, providing an intimate setting for senior leaders to exchange ideas and work together.
Over two days, PCPN encourages productive discussions and fosters partnerships between healthcare leaders and suppliers, ultimately driving positive change and improved healthcare outcomes within primary care.
Topics discussed at PCPN include:
- The NHS 10-Year Plan and its implications for primary care
- Real-world examples of successful digital innovation within primary care
- How to optimise revenue to deliver a better solution for communities
- Shifting left: what neighbourhood health means in practice
- How to maximise the existing primary care workforce
- The “red tape challenge” – improving the primary/secondary care interface
- Plus more!
- Real-time answers to your challenges: world-class speakers, industry visionaries and innovative technology suppliers will be on hand to give you inspiration and advice you won’t get anywhere else
- Peer-to-peer knowledge exchange: over 100 healthcare officials like you will be in the room ready to share their challenges and how they have overcome them
- Transformative solutions: meet innovative suppliers ready to revolutionise the healthcare industry
- Expand your network meaningfully: forge relationships with senior leaders and build lasting relationships beyond the event
- Get guaranteed face time with key decision makers: a minimum of 9 one-on-one meetings with senior leaders that are looking to invest in new solutions
- Connect with the healthcare C-suite: take part in a range of formal and informal networking opportunities across the event
-
Put your solution in the spotlight: present your solution on the main stage, in breakout areas, and during our popular

TESTIMONIALS

I need to make myself available to learn what other trusts are doing, while being present in my own trust.

I believe it is incumbent upon all of us as senior health leaders to offer strategic direction, that goes without saying. But we also need to amplify curiosity, agility and a passion to improve, fostering commitment in the art of the possible.

The only thing that’s going to be constant now is change. Trusts and staff need to be ready for whatever the future brings and sharing best practice between trusts, safely, is an important part of the solution.

As NHS trusts, the need to collaborate and learn from each other has never been stronger. But neither has our need to reduce unnecessary social interaction as a society.

Events like the Healthcare Partnership Network are really important in bringing together senior leaders both from the industry and from the NHS, because you can start to see the connections that people are making. There’s a lot of synergy and energy around being able to look at a product a company has to offer and being able to relate that to what happens in the NHS.
