No. Senior primary care leaders can apply for a complimentary delegate pass, which includes an overnight stay at the venue as well as all meals and refreshments – you will never be asked to pay. Simply complete our registration form and we'll review your application.

You'll connect with peers navigating the same pressures, hear from primary care leaders sharing real-world case studies, and engage with solution providers offering tools relevant to your current priorities – all in a focused, closed environment designed for honest conversation and practical takeaways.

One-to-one meetings are pre-scheduled by our sponsors ahead of the event, who select the delegates most relevant to their solutions. When you check in, you'll receive a personalised meeting slip outlining who you're scheduled to meet and when. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any of the other sponsors throughout the event. Full company profiles for all attending sponsors are available on the website before the event, or in your delegate guide on the day.

Attending your pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings is the one thing we ask of all delegates. These meetings are arranged in advance based on relevance to your organisation's priorities, and sponsors are selected because their solutions are genuinely applicable to the challenges you're facing. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any other sponsors throughout the event at your own convenience – but we do ask that you honour your committed meeting slots.

PCPN is not a trade show or a lecture series. It's a closed, invitation-only forum where primary care leaders set the agenda. Sessions are shaped by delegate priorities, discussions are peer-led, and every element is designed to produce practical, actionable outcomes – not just conversation.

When you register, you'll be asked about your organisation's current priorities and challenges. Your responses directly inform the agenda, session topics, and the solution providers invited to attend – ensuring the event reflects what matters most to you and your peers.
