Dharmesh Patel is Chief Executive of Primary Eyecare Services, a not-for-profit primary care provider at scale for eye care. An optometrist by background, he was past chair and a current member of the Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Collaborative, historically been involved with local optical committees and a past chair of both the GM Local Eye Health Network and the Eyecare Trust. He is also a trustee of SeeAbility.
