Prof Vincent Sai FCA FRCGP(Hon) BFP MAccFin is Group CEO and Partner of Modality Partnership, an award-winning NHS GP super-partnership providing primary and community services to over 12 million citizens. As the only non-clinical partner among 135 GP partners, he has led large-scale transformation in primary care, integrating digital automation, population health management, and innovative service models at scale.
He is Honorary Professor of Practice and Executive in Residence at UCL Global Business School for Health, and Executive Lead of Pathfinder Healthcare Developments CIC, advancing universal access to healthcare through innovation, education, and system partnership.
