Frequently Asked Questions

As a speaker at HPN, you'll be sharing your knowledge and experience with a peer audience of senior healthcare professionals. Sessions are designed to be informative, discussion-led, and grounded in real-world practice – not sales pitches or product promotions.

Your audience will be made up of senior professionals from across the NHS and wider healthcare sector – including system leaders, directors, and heads of service covering areas such as integrated care, digital health, workforce, procurement, and service delivery.

Sessions typically take the form of a presentation, panel discussion, or facilitated roundtable, depending on the topic and the event agenda. Our content team will work with you in advance to agree the most suitable format for your session.

No. Speaking at HPN is complimentary. We cover your attendance for both days, including all sessions, networking opportunities, meals, and accommodation. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers and solution providers addressing the same challenges you face.

Beyond your presentation or panel session (typically 20-45 minutes), you're encouraged to stay for the full two-day event. This gives you the chance to learn from other speakers, network with fellow senior leaders, explore innovative solutions from our sponsors, and participate in the broader conversation about digital transformation in local government. Many speakers find the networking and peer connections just as valuable as presenting.
